The same seriously delicious cocktails you find at The Hatch restaurant in downtown Paso Robles are now available to be enjoyed at your own private Central Coast event. Our talented and professional bartenders travel to you in our vintage 1967 Divco milk truck and serve farmers market-inspired cocktails that are created especially for your special event. Wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, and neighborhood parties will all benefit from the vintage charm and craft cocktail experience served by The Hatch Cocktail Truck.

We utilize the best seasonal produce, house-made syrups and shrubs, fresh squeezed juices, craft bitters and high-quality sodas in our specialty cocktails. Here are some examples of what you might find.

Our state of the art bar system travels in style! The Hatch Cocktail Truck, a lovingly restored 1967 Divco milk truck, arrives ready for action with its own custom portable bars, complete with cream colored tufted leather fronts and hand-folded steel bar-tops. Talk about a classic photo op!
We look forward to working with you to provide a customized experience for your special event. We provide all of the beverages (beer, wine, spirits), the proper permitting through the Alcohol Beverage Commission, and applicable insurances. Here’s the general scoop*:

BASIC PACKAGE — $1,000
The base price includes our beautifully restored vintage Divco milk truck and bar, ample professional staffing, setup, cleanup, and all the important bar “extras” like napkins, garnishes, bar tools, non-alcoholic beverages, and mixers.
BEER & WINE — from $30/guest
Includes selection of two Central Coast beers and your choice of a red and white wine from our list of available selections. We’re happy to accommodate special requests here as often as possible.
SPARKLING WINE BAR — from $7/guest
Guests will enjoy a glass of sparkling wine with the option of adding a splash of one of three of our house-made syrups. Beautiful photo op!
SIGNATURE CRAFT COCKTAIL — from $45/guest
Includes 3 Hatch signature cocktails chosen from our seasonally inspired list. A tasting at The Hatch Rotisserie & Bar is included with this package so you’re sure to select your favorites.**
